AfroYanga 2024

AfroYanga (meaning “African Pride”) is a Living Free UK initiative that creates a space for Queer Africans, Asylum Seekers, Refugees and Allies to express themselves and connect.

Theme: “Unity in Diversity – Embracing our Essence”
Date: Saturday, 19th of October | Time: 10am – 11pm
Venue: Rich Mix, 35-47 Bethnal Green Road, London E1 6LA

What to expect?
AfroYanga Networking Fair :10am – 3pm | This segment showcases a range of organizations and Businesses for you to connect and network.
AfroYanga Live: 4pm – 7:30pm | This segment involves Keynote speeches, performances, panel discussions, inspiring workshops and free dinner (African Cuisine).
AfroYanga Extravaganza: 7:30pm – 11pm | This segment involves a creative set of competition celebrating an afro-themed ballroom, lip-sync battle & afrobeats dance, dance, dance!
